What started as print evolved into a global event series. Regional gatherings across key markets were complemented by a flagship annual event designed to bring together C-suite and banking leaders at scale.
I defined and led the CONNECT brand system across all touchpoints, establishing the visual language, event identity framework, and governance required to ensure consistency across global markets.
Creative direction spanned every layer of the experience, including environmental design, sponsorship systems, content, activations, gifting, and solutions fair environments.
The flagship event became a proof point for the platform’s impact. A $3.5M customer event generating 5× ROI, securing 15 sponsors, and contributing $18M in pipeline.
