CONNECT began as a quarterly customer publication. I led its transformation into a scalable brand platform spanning editorial and live experiences.
What started as print became a global event series, regional gatherings across key markets anchored by a flagship annual event built to bring C-suite and banking leaders together at scale.
I defined and led the CONNECT brand system across every touchpoint, the visual language, the event identity framework, and the governance that kept it consistent market to market.
That direction ran through every layer of the experience: environmental design, sponsorship systems, content, activations, gifting, and the solutions fair.
The flagship event proved the platform's impact. A $3.5M customer event that returned 5x ROI, secured 15 sponsors, and contributed $18M in pipeline.
